DTF Ink

DTF Print Powder

  • Particle Size Distribution: Our hot melt powder is categorized into three types based on particle size—coarse, medium, and fine—each designed to meet the specific demands of various printing techniques and fabric requirements.
  • High Adhesion and Conformity: The hot melt powder exhibits a high degree of adhesion and conformity to fabrics, ensuring the durability and secure attachment of prints over time.
  • Water and Heat Resistance: The adhesive quality created by our hot melt powder offers excellent resistance to washing, maintaining the print's shape and integrity even after water exposure. Its heat resistance also guarantees that neither the fabric nor the design is damaged during the transfer process.

DTF Transfer Film

  • Coating Technology: The front side of our printing film features a special coating system, which includes a primer layer, release agent layer, and ink-absorbing layer. These coatings ensure high-definition pattern printing and true-to-life color reproduction, allowing for the precise depiction of both fine text and intricate images.
  • High Ink Absorption and Even Powder Adhesion: Our printing film's ink-absorbing layer possesses a strong affinity for ink, ensuring an even distribution of ink across the surface. Additionally, during the powder application process, it uniformly adheres to the hot melt powder, preventing uneven powder distribution issues.
  • Ease of Operation: Our DTF printing film supports both cold and hot peeling, transcending the limitations of traditional transfer films that require cold peeling. This feature saves printing time and enhances production efficiency.

DTF Cleaning Solution

  • Specialized Formula: Our cleaning solution is specifically formulated to cater to the unique properties of DTF inks, capable of rapidly dissolving pigments and impurities that clog the print head.
  • Reduced Corrosion: While effectively breaking down impurities, the cleaning solution is gentle on the print head, minimizing corrosive effects and safeguarding it from damage.
  • Extended Print Head Life: During the cleaning process, an anti-oxidant film is formed inside the print head, providing an additional protective layer that extends its service life.
  • Convenient Use: The cleaning solution comes with user-friendly tools such as syringes and hoses, simplifying the cleaning process and enhancing efficiency.

The Core Process of DTF Technology

Printing Process:

  • Base Color Ink Printing: Initially, the printer utilizes base color inks to print the design onto a PET double-sided film, ensuring the integrity of the pattern and the richness of the colors.
  • White Ink Overlay: Subsequently, the design is fully covered by a white inkjet nozzle. This step is crucial as it ensures the vibrancy and authenticity of the colors are maintained when transferred onto fabrics of various colors.
  • Powder Shaking:An even layer of hot melt powder is applied over the white ink surface. The ink on the pattern absorbs the powder, and then excess powder is removed by shaking the transfer film.
  • Drying: Tools such as ovens or heat guns are used to dry the pattern and the hot melt powder, binding them tightly together. The dried pattern exhibits a glossy finish.
  • Transfer:The fabric is placed flat on the transfer machine, and the white ink side is aligned with the fabric. By setting the appropriate parameters on the heat press, the transfer process is completed. Finally, the double-sided film is peeled off to reveal the perfect printed artwork.
