We don’t do retails. The minimum order we accept is $100 US dollars, and it can be a mix of different products. (First trial order has no limits.) We will happily give a competitive price at a small quantity for your growing business.

We usually use DHL, TNT, UPS, or FEDEX for express shipping, by Sea, by Air. Expedited shipping will be available upon the your request. Expedited shipping is available upon request. We will also recommend the best shipping method for your reference.

We can provide a few samples for free if they are not valued much.

Just provide us with your freight collection account, such as FedEx, DHL, or TNT. If you don’t have an account, we need to charge an express fee accordingly.

Yes, we provide custom service as long as the order quantity meets the MOQ request. Just let us know your needs and wants, then we can find a way to do that. (Expectation: we don’t do any counterfeit with OEM brands.)

Please proceed with the following steps: Describe the issues and take photos of the defects – Send an E-mail and communicate with your account representative – wait for investigation and evaluation. Pixtech will always give you an acceptable and satisfying solution to solve the issue.

We accept Wire Transfers (TT), Paypal, Western Union, etc.

We will figure out how to receive the payment if you have to pay with other methods.

It depends on the products and quantity. Generally, we will take 7-15 working days to prepare the order. We will do our best to meet the delivery date without compromising quality for any urgent orders.

We always recommend the email first. If you prefer Phone, Skype, Whatsapp, Wechat, QQ, etc., that would be no problem at all.

All quality issues need to be raised a claim to us with proof. We will take responsibility for all reasonable quality issues.
